Owner and general contracting conditions
These General Conditions of Contract, hereinafter, CGC, regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on the website owned by Wires 4 Music.
Users who make purchases fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them as written at the time of contracting. It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the CGC prior to the purchase of any product through this website.
Wires 4 Music reserves the right to modify the GTC, at any time and without prior notice. The CGC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
Only those over 18 years of age with sufficient capacity to contract will be able to acquire products.
Purchase procedure
Through our online store you can purchase any of our products. Once the payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent with the payment details.
Before proceeding with the preparation and shipment of the products, we contact the buyer to confirm that all the data is correct. If you observe an error in the indicated address or in any other point of the order, you must notify it immediately to proceed to correct the error.
Prices
All prices indicated on the website include VAT. We send the customer the corresponding invoice by mail with a breakdown of VAT.
Wires 4 Music reserves the right to modify prices at any time, always respecting the price indicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Shipping costs to mainland Spain, through Correos Premium option or agency (estimated delivery time of 24 hours are €15 (VAT included).
Reception of the order
All our cables are individually manufactured and checked in our systems (between 8 and 10 hours) before being sent to the customer, in order to guarantee 100% their perfect and correct operation.
If at the time of delivery it is clearly and visibly appreciated, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage caused by transport or it is appreciated, in the same way, a error in the merchandise received, the Client must record it on the delivery note and communicate it by email to info@wires4music.com in the shortest possible time from receipt of the order and never more than 7 business days from receipt, to be able to request the return of the affected product or products and proceed to replace them with another in optimal conditions.
Warranty
All products offered at have a two-year guarantee from the date of delivery and as established in current legislation. The guarantee will not cover those damages or defects caused by misuse, incorrect handling or those derived from the ordinary use of the object.
Returns and right of withdrawal
The private customer (not a company or self-employed) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order sent by the transport agency.
There are exceptions to withdrawal, contemplated in the same law, which exclude all the following products:
- Wiring cut and/or made to the measurements and needs of the client. The standard measures that we manufacture are the following:
Power cables: 1.5 meters
Speaker cables: 2.5 meters, single-wired
Interconnect cables, digital, phono: 1 meter
Any cable that we manufacture outside these standard measurements and conditions cannot be returned . We have various cables so that our customers can test them, prior to their acquisition, in their system in order to evaluate their suitability and complementarity in their system. We will not accept returns of products in poor condition, damaged by the user or that have suffered internal manipulation, as well as those returned with the original packaging lost or broken, loss of original accessories/documentation, etc. We will only return carefully opened products that keep the packaging and contents in perfect condition. Otherwise, we could study the possibility of accepting it but applying a depreciation to the amount paid for it.
There is no objection to the return of any product whose box remains unsealed or unopened. We ask that before using a product and unseal its packaging, please be sure if you are really interested in the same. We are at your disposal to consult us previously with all kinds of doubts and questions you may have about its characteristics and operation.
There is also no objection to the return of any product that, within the first 14 calendar days, presents an obvious manufacturing fault from the beginning. In the latter case, we will proceed to replace it once it has been returned and said defect has been verified. Said time will not be taken into account for its guarantee.
In case of return of products sent by transport agency or Post, we ask that the outer box of said product be wrapped in bubble wrap, so that it reaches us in the best possible condition and does not suffer additional wear on its return trip to through the transport company.
To make the refund, we will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction and we will make it in full and immediately, excluding shipping costs. In case of returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, we will not make tax returns and customs clearance dependent on the public administration.
